Just call up the guys at Line, they'd be able to tell ya. They may have a rep in the area who can help you out. I've found that is the best approach with the smaller companies...

Well I can't help on any of the other skis but the PE's have worked out pretty well for me. They're wide enough for pow and turn well in it. Groomed stuff they carve awesome and they even hang on to the icy **** at purgatory. I've never skiid east coast though so I don't know how well they'd handle on east coast ice. Twin tips are pretty fun I've been trying occasionally to ski switch and have managed to land myself on my butt every time though lol. I've heard really great things about the Karmas too.

Get Karmas, they're the best twin tip on the market. I've owned Concepts and demo'd Public Enemys, Line's and Armadas and the Karmas are the only twintips that you can confidently ski everywhere on. However, i'm a big guy (6 foot 1 and 120 kilos) so i need a really stiff ski.

As you ony weigh 140bs the heads would not be my first sugestion, because they are a wood core and super stiff ski.
I ride the Mad trix which is the same ski (I love them BTW). Go for the K2's they aren't so stiff and ae a fun all arround ski. The 172cm length is way too long as well.

K2 makes great skis all around. If you are looking for ability in ice my girlfriend has said repeatedly that the PE's don't stick nearly as well as most other skis of the same underfoot.

Ive decided Im not going for twin tips, and will probable pick up a pair of Head monster Im77 at the end of the season. I want to start skiing longer boards for old school style, so Im going a size up. Just like Glen plake...
