Yeah - but I got more kids.

Chair 9 opens at Loveland tomorrow. I feel a fever coming on.

I have 4 as of last Sunday.

Barring anything disastrous I may get in days 5,6,7, and 8 this weekend.

I'm at a paltry 6, but I've become a snow snob. Quality > quantity

... and all the domestic capital I have accumulated has left the next 2 months littered with possibilities. Just in time for the storm cycle.

I did get to Silverton prior to the guide-only gheyness

I managed to get in days 5,6, and 7 this past weekend... but it was quite a craptastic snow weekend what with bare patches, weeds, saplings, dirt, rocks, and other assorted nastiness around.

At least we had fun with the kids.

It is official: shaped skis simply haul a$$. Even fat shaped skis. Laying trenches has become my new form of entertainment since apparently powder is to be a rare commodity this winter.

Wait, I never got the memo that hell froze over. You not skiing on ancient straight skis, how is this possible?
