I have been trying to explain how he should make turns across the fall line, but he just doesn't understand. I've had even less luck explaining the uphill and downhill edge on the snowboard.

Tell him if he wants to ski a run he has to turn across it. If he won't turn take him back to the green runs.

He is to young to explain anything to him.
