Cool Any of you rock arc'teryx stuff?

Soooooo, long story short, I work for REI and I can get some deals. Just wondering if arc'teryx stuff was any better quality or more durable than say mountain hardwear or the likes

My take is that quality wise they are both about the same, though I think Arc'teryx does a better job of taping seams. I would go with which ever one is most comfortable, has pockets/zippers where you like them.

So what you are saying is you can get deals from REI for all the monkeys needing an equipment refresh? I'm making my list...

I love Arc' teryx packs, and their clothes are sweet. Patagonia is my current outwear because I like the options of their line a little more and I can get it cheap.

I have an Arc'teryx jacket and pants. I bought them 5 years ago, ski 100 days a year or so and the only reason I replaced them last year was because I was bored of wearing the same thing. I still wear them once in a while.

I have some mountain hardwear pants which are nice, but haven't proven to be quite as durable as my Arc'teryx stuff.

I love arc'teryx, cuz there stuff always fits so well, it's tapered and not bulky. and I gotta say, I heart the little fossil design.
