This is more important than most people think. A better (or an additional) head covering and or base layer (tops more effective than bottoms) will keep your hands warm because your vitals are not getting cold. When your vitals get cold, your body constricts the vessels in your extremeties in order to keep the warm blood closer to your core. The best gloves in the world will not keep your hands warm if your core is cold. |
