I wear both, depending on the circumstances. And before you ask, no I don't wear them both at once!

Sunglasses are a lot more comfortable to wear for me, so that's my top pick when I am able to wear them.

Goggles are great for protection, but I honestly don't know if I could ever get completely used to wearing them.
