Slopemonkey changes hands

I know you guys are going to shed a tear over this but here it is. I don't have time to run this board anymore due to the number of hours required to babysit you guys over at Ridemonkey.

The new owner's name is Enrique and I think he will do a good job keeping the site active and growing.

I appreciate your participation in the Monkey!

Good evening everyone

Thank you for the introduction, Enrique

I am very pleased to have been asked by Enrique to help him with the general day to day running of this community. We have been very good friends for a couple of years or so, despite being on opposite sides of the Atlantic.

Essentially I will be here to help everyone make the transition tween owners as smooth as possible, answer any queries that you might have as to future plans and to do everything necessary, both 'front of house' and behind the scenes, to ensure this community is running well and to keep the friendly atmosphere which it has now, long into the future.

I look forward to 'meeting' all of you and getting to know everyone here and helping in making this community an even more successful, happy and fun place to be

Do they have snow in the UK?

The UK does get snow...mainly in Scotland, where they have had a good year this year in the Cairngorms around Aviemore

And we do sometimes get snow in fairly large amounts south of the Scottish borders too, Cumbria, Northumberland and North Yorkshire
