TR: 2/17/07 Round Top

Saturday me and mr. Amy got a late start on the day. Not too bad because it gave the snow a chance to warm up a bit. Definitely felt like spring out there.

being blacked out w/ our season passes... we took it to carson pass.

we originially thought we would head out to elephants back. it looked bare.

so instead we followed the train of people heading out towards winnemucca lake. and decided on round top instead

i think i might learn to tele after that trip though. it was too long of a hike in w/ a board on your back.

Did you guys check out the snowpack? How are things looking in the Sierra pack this year?

Good call on the skiing - skinning > snowshoeing
