Huh? Must be awhile since you've skied. Ski boots can actually be comfortable. Hell, my AT boots are almost the most comfortable outdoor footwear I own.
It was a joke, however, if they are the most comfortable outdoor footwear you own you must be wearing newspaper of your feet or your boots aren't tight enough

It was a joke. However, they are pretty comfortable. Of course, they *are* AT boots, so DH performance must be balanced with the ability to comfortably skin.

I got some new nordica boots and they are a little softer boot so they're more comfy for backcountry or park use. They are very comfy really suprised me for a ski boot.
