I'm new

Hey everyone. I just came across this site when I was bored in class at school. Anyways, I thought I'd make my presence known and say Hi. My name is Alex and I will be riding a Burton Seven with Freestyle bindings this year. I've been snowboarding a few times, but this year I'm really looking to get into it. So yeah....

Where do you ride? There's enough guys around (outside of SS who's mean, jelous, & spiteful ) to hook up if you are looking to up your vertical time.

I would hardly call a 1.5 credit hour Career Management a real class. It's not like all my other classes that are at least 4.5 credit hours a piece. I'll be riding Eldora this year. Got a season pass for $119, so can't really beat that price.

What's wrong with us snowboarders? And especially Colorado?

You mean besides that fact that you're always sitting around on the runs getting in my way? Nothing, I guess.

Huh? Must be awhile since you've skied. Ski boots can actually be comfortable. Hell, my AT boots are almost the most comfortable outdoor footwear I own.

Ah, I know, but for a season pass, I'll pay $119 and I don't really care where it's at. I don't have a lot of money, and this is my first season with a pass, so I'll make good use of it regardless. Plus it's close.

I don't plan on sitting around a whole lot.

Just remember - when you ride at Eldora you have to divide your number of days by 8.5 to arrive at a "decent ski hill" adjusted number of days.
