| assuming you're normal stance...With your lead to out front....Going to right, always force yourself to slow down or stop using your heelside edge...Going to the left, always force yourself to slow down or stop using your toeside edge. Do this, even if you feel like your going to eat it. It will train you to link turns easily.
Once you feel you have mastered the above, do it all backwards going down the hill with your back foot leading. This will teach you to ride fakey and make you a much better rider in any situation.
P.S. buy wrist bracers, they will save you a lot of pain. |
